Private Invitation · The First Legacy Forge
Founders Round Table
Wednesday, November 4 · 7:00 PM
A seat at this table is not purchased. It is extended — and only to men who have already founded something.
You were invited because the weight on your shoulders is different.
The Filter
Not for men who want to start. For men who already did.
If you founded the company, the practice, the firm — if your name is on the thing other people depend on — you already know this room is different.
Everyone else has a business problem
- How do I start?
- Where do I find clients?
- Which tactic, template, or trick works next?
You have a founder problem
- Payroll. Succession. Reputation.
- A family that lives on the other side of your decisions.
- A life that still needs you more than you want it to.
That is the only conversation we are having.

The Weight
Most rooms talk about growth. This one talks about what you leave standing when you are gone.
You built the business. Made the money.
Earned the respect. Carried the responsibility.
Provided for others. Kept going.
From the outside, it can look like you have it all. Inside, a quieter question has been running:
Is this all there is?
That question is not a failure. It is the start of the next chapter.
A living legacy is not what they read after you leave the room. It is who you are while you are still in it.
You do not get there by adding another board seat. You get there when the grind stops designing the man.
The Room
Who belongs. Who does not.
Confirm a seat if
- You founded a company, a practice, or a firm — and it still answers to you
- You are past the “how do I get clients” stage
- The questions that keep you up are about meaning, control, family, and what outlives you
- You can sit with peers without needing to perform
- You already know you are ready to drop the performance that has been driving the grind
Do not confirm a seat if
- You have not founded anything
- You want tactics, templates, or a motivational night
- You need someone else to make the decision for you
- You are not in a position to make a serious decision after one evening
If that is you, this invitation was not meant to travel this far. There is no offense in that. There is simply another room.
What the table is
The work is too heavy for one man.
The wrong men at the table cost the kingdom. The Founders Round Table is the first gathering of Legacy Forge — a private evening with Jim and a small circle of men who have already built.

Nothing about grinding harder.
No men still deciding whether they are serious.
Nothing for the timeline.
The monthly rooms are where you bring the iron. The roundtable is where the old shape gives way.
That night
You arrive on time. Jim opens the table.
The conversation is candid, closed, and built around the questions founders actually carry:
- What you built — and what it is now costing you.
- What must be protected — family, capital, reputation, time.
- What you will forge next — so the work outlives the man.
It will be clear whether Legacy Forge is your room.
You leave with one of two things: clarity that you belong — or a clean no.
Both are a win. A wrong yes is expensive.

The Host
Jim Pehkonen
Life Architect · Founder of Legacy Forge
Jim works with men to understand what shaped them, regulate what once controlled them, and move forward grounded, empowered, and emotionally honest.
His work centers on healing old wounds, building stronger relationships, and designing a life defined by peace, presence, and integrity. He does not host this night to collect an audience. He hosts it to find the few men who belong in the work.
